    He doesn't quite stick to his opening times which can be a massive pain if you urgently need a parcel and he closes early. Apart from that he's super helpful and know you after a while which is great in case you forget your key at home!

    Went to collect a package last week, website shows closing time at 5.30 and the sametime on the door placard, get there for 5.05 and the guy is locking up the front door. Not happy that he had to open the door so I could collect my parcel. UPS should consider another drop of point.
