One of the worst service,In UK dpd people not delivering properly they went to wrong adress after 15 days I received one parcel and the other they are saying it's damaged and will be late For the one which I have received for damaged broken .when I m Asking .THEIR ANS YOU ALREADY SIGNED IN THE PAPER SO WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. Trust never opt this service.Worst service...It's delayed no proper response no insurance also .My mistake I asked them what about insurance they haven't told anything..still I opted it and one parcel still after 15 days not delivered. Don't opt this fast way express.

I had a pathetic experience, I have send two parcels at the same time and I spent around 42K for this. Firstly , their team did not care to send me the tracking numbers, they gave us only after my family in India called them and since we were sending something outside for the first time, we weren't aware that there would be a dpd number which again very conveniently was only informed to us after we enquired. I have send two parcels at the same time, a box and a trolley bag. Interestingly, their team has given correct address one one and incorrect on the other one which has delayed my second parcel almost by 2 weeks. I received my trolley bag in a bad condition, it was all torn in the back, when I expressed the same to Ms. Ruth from their Bangalore office, her response was her manager would reach out to me which didn't happen till now, its almost been two weeks and when we enquired with her, she tells us that it will not be refunded since I signed an agreement that they are not responsible and her responses to my queries have been all laid back . Its as though they don't understand the customer's pain. So my recommendation would be not use their services if you are looking for one.

I am really impressed with the service provided by the Fastway team. I really appreciate it and bow down to them for helping me in this crisis situation. My mom is currently in London with me. And was in urgent need to medicine from India. In this COVID situation when there is complete lockdown in India and London, Fastway team helped me to get the medicines from Bangalore to London in 3 days. I could have never imagined that it will be so quick. The team is really very helpful and was updating me with every movement of the parcel.
