   By far the worst experience I have had with a shipping company, or any company, ever. I shipped some items from the US to the UK and forgot to put that I was a student to claim exemption from customs duties. I thought it would a simple fix after I sent them the necessary documents. Constant delays and false promises to get back to me led me to have to follow up on my own case to get it through. The issue was simple to resolve, but the people refused to listen to me. Two months later, my packages came, but one was damaged. The worst part is that I was never told when the packages would or arrive or that the issue had been resolved at all. Furthermore, the driver left the packages outside, where they could have been stolen. Couldn't think of a worse customer service experience for a legitimate company.

   Absolute rip off. The Gas Refill adapter is a Fire Safety Hazzard. It does not transfer fuel as advertised it leaks fuel.

   Mostly adding a review to explain some of the other comments. This company are the UK agent for Speedpak, which amongst other things is how ebay ships goods to you from China. I've been very happy with the shipping speed and service when buying goods this way. So basically, these guys seem legit but if you are getting odd packages it's probably something going on by the seller!

   Received a small package today which only had a small plain piece of paper in it. This is clearly one of them old scams making it's way around again. You Google their details and call them, and thats when they make money, it's a premium number like yodel did once, that was £6 a minute. Throw away any package you receive as it will only be rubbish and do NOT contact them
