And just give me a sentence “Deliver to neighbors house no3” and my house number is 19 and you call that as “neighbor” Kindly take full responsible on this and find back my parcel. In all my years dealing with delivery companies, my experience with Yodel has been by far the worst, and it has happened repeatedly, not just once. Every interaction has left me more frustrated than the last, to the point where I now actively avoid any retailer that uses them. First of all, the customer service is unbelievably poor. The managers I’ve spoken to have been rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve issues, they often act as though you’re inconveniencing them just by calling. On several occasions, I’ve been promised call-backs with updates or explanations—and not once has anyone ever called me back. It feels like they say whatever they need to say to get you off the phone, with no intention of following through. What makes it worse is the complete lack of transparency and honesty. I’ve been given delivery times that never happened, told my parcel was “on the van” when it clearly wasn’t, and even had tracking information that contradicted what customer service claimed. It’s extremely frustrating when you’re relying on a delivery and you’re constantly given information that turns out to be false or inconsistent. Trying to get help is almost impossible. The staff I’ve spoken to seem either unwilling or unable to do anything useful, and managers—who should be trained to handle complaints professionally—were even more unprofessional than the frontline agents. Instead of taking responsibility or even acknowledging the issue, they talk in circles, make excuses, and ultimately do nothing. Overall, my experiences with Yodel have been a combination of rudeness, poor management, lack of accountability, and broken promises. I’ve lost time, money, and patience because of them. Based on everything I’ve personally gone through, I genuinely believe they are the worst delivery company in the UK, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Absolute joke of a company. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address on 02/10/25. Spoke to Yodel on the day on the only number available. Was told we will look into it and get back to via email. The woman said, yes I can see that it has been delivered at thd wrong address. Did not hear back from Yodel on 02/10/2025. So I called them on 03/10/2025. Was told we normally get back within 24 hours but I can see the parcel was delivered at the wrong address. We will need to speak to the driver and investigate and ask him to retrieve the parcel from it it was delivered, and if not successfully they would either reorder or reimburse the money. So, I did not bother over the weekend, called today (06/10/2035) and the automated message keeps repeating itself that the parcel has been delivered. But, the automated message does not say that that it was delivered to the wrong address. There's is absolutely no other alternative number to call to talk to anyone.

The worst delivery service. First parcel was returned to sender without attempt to deliver. Sender sent another parcel to me the next day. It was sitting in delivery depot for 2 weeks. I have complained multiple times asking for the parcel unfortunately no one could help and “investigation” was supposed to be carried out. Still have not received any answers. Today my parcel was apparently delivered however definitely not to my address. The picture shown is of the house while I live in a block of flat and there is no houses around. Parcel also looks very damaged on the picture. Avoid!

Parcel Returned Before Deadline – No Help from Yodel, Offcuts Please Take Note I ordered 3 pairs of trainers from Offcuts (£158.99 total), and Yodel was responsible for delivery (Tracking JD0002249571191256). The app clearly showed Thursday 07 August as the last collection day. I planned to collect it today, Wednesday 06 August. Instead, I got an email this morning saying it had already been returned to the sender. No warning. No update. Just gone. I tried calling Yodel five times — their automated system is almost impossible to use, and when it finally understands you, it gives you no way to speak to an agent. I also tried their live chat — another dead end. This whole situation has wasted my time and caused massive frustration. Offcuts, your shoes are great, but your delivery partner is damaging your reputation. If you’re reading this and had similar issues, please leave a comment or upvote.

Though they said 5 times, no delivery attempts ever were made. Their driver once drove to my private gate and took a photo. No information was given to me on their local depot pick up. Remained undelivered two weeks till my long journey to pickup. Shameful!!! Worse than Evril.

Yodel are so bad they make Hermes look good. They had taken orders from companies they can't fulfil. Companies have now got to compensate their clients. If you're a company wanting to use this courier as a delivery service, I would avoid. You will lose customers, as YODEL will make you look awful. I would recommend using UPS, DPD as a better alternative. They may charge a bit more but get the job done. If you use a fulfilment centre and Yodel is a delivery service they use. Avoid like COVID.

I really wish it was possible to give a 0 star rating because Yodel don’t even deserve the 1 that’s been given. Nearly a week after my parcel was due to be delivered, I’m still waiting. No contact number to speak to anyone, only a Webchat option where they try fobbing you off by telling you “it will be delivered at the earliest.” Will never be using Yodel again, no point using a delivery service which fails to actually deliver. Now having to arrange to collect the parcel myself from my local depot otherwise it will be sitting there forever!

I have now had the delivery date changed 4 times on my package, including an even more obsurd date change on when the package is available to be PICKED UP BY ME, because I am sick of waiting for them. How can my package be available to be picked up on Monday, then suddenly Wednesday? Is it there or not? You claim it is or was, but now claim I can't get it? But won't deliver it either? Absolutely obsurd.

Absolutely rubbish delivery service. Always delayed, drivers numbers are provided on tracking but they talk to people like trash, they’re rude and ignorant. I needed my parcel urgently today and basically they haven’t bothered delivering. Syed the delivery driver is not responding to calls and user has been busy all day. Isn’t replying to texts either, just a useless company to deal with. AVOID!
