   I was not told before hand that the receiver would have to pay at the other end before they can receive the delivery. This is not the first time that I would send things from this agent and the receiver never had to pay anything at the other end.

   HI SIR DHL SERVICE IS VERY BAD BECAUES I SEND ONE PARCEL FROM UK TO GERMANY SILL THERE MY FAMILY IS WAIT FOR PARCEL .WHEN I CALL MY FAMILY THEY TELL ME THEY CALL THERE DHL COURIER SERVICE NO BODY ANSWER THE PHONE MY PARCEL WAIT 6 TO 7 KG. AND THERE IN GERMANY DHL SERVICE SAYING WHY 8S UR WAIT IS 16 KG .BUT THE BOX NO 6 IS ON BOX THERE WRITING HOW MUCH WAIT U CAN TAKE MY PARCEL SIZE IS WRITEN IN BOX 6

   I went there for the first time to return a DHL parcel which was already paid for by seller. All the man behind the counter had to do was put in the WayBill number, ask for my email and mobile number to send receipts. I gave the man the parcel, he typed in the wrong number and abruptly passed me my parcel and said it is not the right number. I took my parcel and left cause the man already had an attitude and seem like he didn’t want to help anyway. A few days afterwards, I ended up going to a different DHL service point in Staines and that’s how I knew all the man had to do was 3 simple steps. I will pay more to pick up and drop off parcels somewhere else.
