   Phone receptionist did not listen to me and tried to clarify things I hadn't said, multiple times. Very poor listening skills and it took a number of attempts to get my requirements understood. Supervisor was consulted and my query answered, so at the end of the day, I was satisfied. I gave feedback but the organisation appeared not to be interested in learning. There is a disconnect in facts between Alzheimer Scotland and GEMAP. In this case GMAP was correct but the receptionists poor listening skills and assumptions is not good for this type of organisation. `Also the first thing they tell you is they can't help until after January 2026, big negative in the caring business. Sure, I get overloaded staff, but when the very first thing they say is we can't help for along time, what is the point of this service!

   Nurse with stage 4 cancer. I went to these ppl desperate for help sorting out benifits, almost a month later im no further forward..the bloke robert wont even answer or return my calls now the date has passed that i was meant to be paid...disgusting unprofessional ppl
