There's not many handyman's left like this, and too many big boxes selling cheap Chinese tools. If you go to a place like this you'll likely know what you're doing and if you don't you'll get pretty good advice from the staff here. A gem of a place, long may they succeed!
went here for a plank of wood they had what I needed at the correct size I needed. Most others were not interested but here I was able to get what I needed, I will be considering them for a future business venture!
Would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could. They couldn't do enough for me, which really means a lot as am significantly limited due to disability, but their help meant was able to be "normal" and do things myself. Helped me turn a functional but unsatisfying bit of space into a lovely courtyard garden
Absolutely fantastic customer service from Matthew couldn't do enough to help. Delivery was challenging due to narrow lanes but wasnt an issue. Delivered on a Saturday too which was a massive help. Couldn't recommend enough a*****
Poor communication. I've emailed this company 2 times to request a expected delivery date,, no response. Also no invoice following payment so no order number. They've received the payment via PayPal. Poor service.

Best Hardware Store/Builders Merchants in the area.. Super helpful staff with decades of experience. Always superb customer service, and cheaper than than the big chainstore merchants...
Down visiting from Scotland. Staying with family. Wanted a sealant for sink waste and they suggested I use a two pack putty. Excellent product and great friendly, knowledgeable a great family shop. Will certain use again.

Would give 0 if I could. Was made to wait outside (which is not allowed) as I am exempt from wearing a face mask, the manager was demanding to see a card (that you do not need to carry or show) he spoke to me like something on his shoe infront of other customers, I felt very embarrassed! Nobody should be made to feel like that when they are exempt for whatever reason! When the manager was talking to me about "him not having to pay a fine because of me" he was standing close to me and was definitely not keeping to the 2 metre distance, which is crazy considering he is all about the covid guidelines. As a women I don't really like going to shops like this anyway as it can be daunting, never mind with such poor customer service skills. Funny thing is I was allowed to go in to use the card machine to pay for the items after being made to wait outside, which doesn't really make sense?
