    Very bad customer service. I went with there to drop the parcel which was 10 kg which they refused to take as they said evri doesn’t take 10 kg parcel from us as on there website it doesn’t say anything like that. Then another person said we don’t have enough space so we take only small parcel don’t understand what to do?
