   My item was supposed to be delivered on 26th June and am yet to receive - today got confirmation from their so called, customer service helpline, that they can’t find the building (funny enough, they had no issue delivering 2-weeks ago to the same address for another parcel!). They lie, deceive, have no customer service or care, you’ll receive no answer from Help Centre to requests for updates, they don’t leave item with your neighbour as per their note on their website cause they don’t even attempt to deliver let alone leave the item with your neighbour, app doesn’t work and crashes whilst trying to sign-up and no response to emails, they block your tracking number, so you have no way of getting updates! It’s been 5 working days for them to not deliver the item and I had to call 3x today for them to understand that due to their incompetency, I’ll pickup the item myself!

   Although there is a desk with DHL signs the person behind this desk is unwilling unhappy to help with any questions you ask regarding sending a parcel or filling the booking for DHL. Disappointment

   Worst customer service ever. Person sitting on main reception desk avoided to give parcel back as I accidentally entered wrong address. They took it personally when I called DHL who immediately asked them to provide my parcel and refund. When I then asked that I need to send the parcel again to another address he gave a reason that it’s not possible as we just did the refund! He went on giving more excuses that the same card cannot be used again for payment, when I asked to use a separate card he once again said it’s not possible. It’s clear that he took it personally that I called DHL earlier and complained how unprofessional he was ! Will never coming here again. Pure laziness in this safestore by the individual. DHL has my formal complaint and will educate the agents here and organise a training programme. DHL agreed with me that the agent was wrong with what he did. Go to Safestore in Hanworth for DHL - they are way better and provide great customer service! In the end this is where I went instead.

   Customer service is the worst one could get and there is no DHL sign out there as well. DHL isn't cheap and have name for it, i think they could do better then this before customer could have better off them.
