   It’s great to have such a comprehensive refill shop locally. It is clean, well laid out and there are often some unusual treats to be found. The produce is all high quality and many of the staple items are competitively priced against supermarkets, there is even a loyalty scheme. Eco, high quality, friendly service and buying local helps the local economy, what more could you want from a shop. Also, if you forget your containers, they have clean spares and paper bags.

   Nom is fantastic, I feel very lucky to have this place close by. We shop here several times a week. The produce is great quality. The dark chocolate Brazil nuts and the coffee have become household necessities. Nikki and the team are friendly and helpful, I always enjoy popping in and having a chat.

   Came in for a washing up liquid refill, stayed and shopping for the ridiculously well priced food!! Did a price comparisons of some items eg dried apple slices 100g £1.60 in sainsburys, it was 32p here!! Will definitely be back. Thanks so much for you help too.

   It was a pleasant surprise to come across such ethically oriented business dedicated totally and ethically to eliminate single use plastic while selling wholesome organic foods. One can order and collect any amount or has his order delivered to his address. It is nice to see people bringing their own bottles, glass containers or reusable bags to cut on the use of plastic that harms the environment. The shop is very clean and the service is great and the staff are very helpful and polite. The shop is on the main road of Staple Hill facing the parking area. No parking problem there. I highly recommend shopping there and encourage businesses that take an active role in protecting the future of the planet and support local farmers and businesses.

   What a wonderful shop! Great products - Nom's walnuts and dried fruits are the best I've ever tasted. I've been a customer of their online service for a while, and am delighted they now have a shop in Staple Hill. It's so easy to shop there, and great to be able to support this way of zero-waste shopping. Bringing my own containers also saves a lot of time decanting stuff when I get home. Win-win!

   Nikki and her family make it really easy to get amazing quality products without incurring in creating lots of plastic. I love that they deliver and that they have a range of options for containers, including jars. I was never organised enough to go to a zero waste shop regularly, but Nom make it easy to order every few weeks and get it delivered. Also, they provide really good and friendly customer service. Couldn't recommend them enough.
