I would give 0 stars if I could DPD gave me one of the most infuriating and dishonest delivery experiences ever. Their driver falsely claimed βmissed deliveryβ on Last Thursday and Friday, even though I was physically waiting at the exact address for hours each day β including staying until 19:30 on Thursday and the entire evening on Friday. Instead of actually attempting delivery, the driver uploaded a completely random photo that has nothing to do with my address. This isnβt a mistake β itβs pure dishonesty. Two days wasted. Commitments missed. Zero accountability. If you value your time or sanity, avoid DPD completely.

The only Henry that is useful is the Hoover. The driver Henry didn't even bother calling. I was refreshing the app non stop and waiting patiently. And then all of a sudden he sends a picture of him outside and says. We couldn't deliver will try tomorrow. Mind you this was after the parcel was 2 hours late from the originally set time of delivery. What an absolute joke.

DPD, you got a bunch of drivers lacking integrity and competence in SW (e.g. claiming have visited the destination while they have never done that, sending parcel to a wrong address). Also there is no way you can speak to their customer service. no way. Merchants and customers, pick your vendor very carefully, you definitely want to avoid DPD

Despite updating my safe place in the app and leaving clear notes on my door, deliveries continue to be mishandled or ignored. Last week, I was home and watched the van drive straight pastβmy parcel ended up at a completely wrong address. Today, I wasnβt in, so I updated the safe place again and placed two notes on my door. One was torn off, and the other was completely disregarded. Iβve done everything I can to make the instructions visible and accessible, yet theyβre still being ignored.

DPD drivers think they own the road and the pavements ! This idiotic parking forced me to walk out into a busy road, he left his van here still running for 2 minutes to deliver a package. If you are going to break the law you may as well park on the double yellow lines and not endanger the public. Idiot.

The app said the driver was outside, went out and asked him for the parcel (he was across the street) he said he didnβt have it. The on the map it shows his parked car moving away as he drives away. Then the app says itβs going to be delivered on another day. I call Nike and cancel the order and explain to them why. A week later exact same thing from exact same driver, he refused to deliver to the primary location, refused to deliver secondary choice he just drove down to the royal mail post office and dumped my parcel there. I stood infront of his van until police turned up and asked him for the parcel. Only until then did the dpd driver disclose where heβd dumped the parcel.

i wish i could give these guys zero stars.... i had a safe parcel meant to be delivered between 11:29 am-12:29 pm that can only be received by me and the driver missed the one hour slot after contacting DPD they said i can only wait i waited till afternoon and then at midnight i receive a message from DPD that my parcel has been delivered at 11:59 am and there is no picture as well i mean how is this technically possible and now telling me it would take around one week to get it sorted not even sure whether it will get sorted or not This is totally ridiculous

I want to record that your riders lie and don't try to deliver out of malice, because they don't ring the bell or call the customer. I already know that you, as always, are incapable of doing anything for the customer, but I want to record that for the second time this happened to me and I paid extra to have it delivered and it wasn't, since I'm at home waiting the whole time and the rider just I didn't want to ring my bell because I was too lazy to wait.

DPD UK delivery service is absolutely appalling, Though the with 1 hour time slot is helpful, the drivers are NOT able to understand the delivery instructions, worst case as I live in a flat, they are leaving the items in unsafe place- unattended on public ground floor or they dont even bother to ring the door for the apartment entrance door to be opened and leave the parcel at any high street shops which can be anything within 1 mile or more. Let me confirm Delivery and safe place instructions and were clearly on DPD app. This happened to me 3 times, and when I spoke to another DPD driver, he was super rude and told me this is not allowed, where I have proof of DPD drivers leaving items in an unsafe places. I don't have issues with any other delivery service like Evri, DH, etc

shocking. They have supposedly tried to deliver my parcel 4 times and I've been in every time. The most recent delivery attempt the photo proof of delivery attempt they sent was at an address over 1 mile away! DPD are doing a great job of trying to be even worse than Evri/Hermes!!!
