Our last date of parcel collection was 13th December till midnight but when my hubby went to pick up b/w 5 to 6 pm in the evening the item was already in the process of return and shifted from Feltham to Slough
Not everyone in store was trained to use the scanning device. Had to take 2 trips to collect.
After I checked directions which was unclear, i decided not to even try to go there, as I have very limited time. I rather paid 50p more to get my delivery home, instead of collecting there
Opens till 2300HRs, so u can collect stress free. you'll never mis ur parcel. Safe and friendly staff and it's a convenient store as well. Highly recommended
