Always find staff really good. They are up against it most of the time and sounds like they are covering lots of shifts to help out. Thank you. I love our local coop.

You guys need to start doing one by one again during school hours just seen a bunch of kids shop lift and mess up the self checkout machines I couldn’t even use any of them by the time they were finished and had to wait in the busy queue and I ended up missing my train to work today because of it not happy about this at all

Please teach your new manager some manners. Having filled my basket I left it near the checkout while I went to get some Easter eggs. Before my return and without asking if a customer had left it there he instructed staff to remove it and return everything to the shelves. I have always found the staff to be very pleasant but he was not prepared to make an apology.

Don't use the postal services here. They're wildly unreliable and there's a good chance your parcels will be stuck here for an unknown number of days. The food and other products are over priced.

This used to be a good local store but since the refurbishment is has lower stocks, less choice, fewer staff, fewer self checkouts and the post office seems to close too often. Big mistake Southern Coop.

Understaffed and overworked. Also the post office opening times are akin to a soviet backwater village from the 80s. Better off walking to your intended recipient to hand them the item personally.

Just because the staff are treated poorly by some customers, doesn't give them the right to speak to polite customers like DIRT. If you don't want to work then You should quit. Find another job.

A fantastic and accessible supermarket. Everything you need and want and a post office counter! Plentiful parking and lovely helpful staff. They even run a food bank collection for the Bradford on Avon Hub. We love the ducks on the pond. Kathy

This coop should be closed and replaced by more responsible franchise. They rarely have any hot food or vegetarian options so forget about coming here to buy some lunch. 1/5 of the shelves are empty and not replenished, prices are also higher than the supermarkets around. Came here number of times and today is my last time visiting this store. Disappointing…

i would give it no stars, but the lowest you can give is 1. rude staff that don't know what they're doing and take ages. false advertising - there was a deal for 2 for £1 and after we wasted our precious time in the awfully long queue with minimal staff tending to it, we went to pay, then the rude staff member on duty told us the price was £2.75, we then spoke up to this injustice and she went to the back of the store to change the sign and prove she was right. we left the store after not making a fuss, empty handed and disgraced. we are appalled and will never be stepping foot in the inadequate store ever again. rude staff shape the minds of young people, and considering that this shop in near a school they are creating a colony of rude, unjust, unprofessional people. this should not be allowed and something has to change. very disappointing.
