    Absolutely pathetic store. I used this store 3 times for Evri drop off and each time they have either lost it in store which meant I had to go personally to the store and got told that Evri have picked it up. This was not the case. I had to go AGAIN and then asked the manager and surprise surprise, the parcel was found and Evri had not picked it up. Today AGAIN SAME STORY. Evri have definitely not picked it up, but the useless staff members there say they have. There are only 3 options: Evri has not picked it up, your staff has stolen it, or it is STILL IN THE STORE!!! I now have to go again tomorrow morning to meet with the day team to have more competent staff - though I don't think there are any. (Go to Glen Convenience Store on Harrow Road) -> Parcels get collected every day on time (NEVER AN ISSUE) and better prices.

    Their machine don’t work whenever you go Or always they had some other excuses . So you have to go far places to send your evri parcels.
