   Very poor customer service from Harrow A to Z courier service. When I asked about a missing parcel, I was told three parcels had been delivered — even though my family only received one. Instead of investigating or offering any help, the staff were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen. This is completely unacceptable behaviour for a business that handles people’s deliveries. I would not recommend their service to anyone until they learn how to treat customers with respect and resolve issues properly.

   Pretty expensive and unrealistic internet cafe with printouts. Very adamant to charge customer in cash (around 50GBP), again very expensive printout charges. Usually, internet cafe charges less when printing in bulk but they don't reduce prices though I asked for 90 pages and asked to reduce the price. Again internet does not work well for 10 MB file still they charge for internet. I suggest not to have printouts from them since they charge hefty payments with fake hand written receipt.

   Sold me a broken item, when taken back to the shop after my son had opened it for his birthday. Was told we damaged the item and we will not be getting a refund. After a stand off with them for 35 minutes, the father who owns the shop returned I questioned him on why he would sell me a broken item for £20 and then accuse myself of breaking the item. After calling trading standards a refund was returned I was told I am no longer allowed in their shop. PIECE OF ADVICE STAY WELL CLEAR FROM THIS SHOP THEIR PHONES AND TOYS ARE DODGY WOULD NOT TRUST THEM WITH PHONE TEPAIRS EITHER
