    I hadn't used a DHL service point before and wasn't sure what to expect, but the person who worked in Ryman's clearly having no patience with me while I politely asked questions and I felt I was putting him out even being there. So, felt disappointed with Rymans staff member. But as far as DHL goes their service of getting my important documents abroad was excellent, I would use DHL again, but go to another service point next time.

    We were very disappointed with rhe service received from the cash staff. We were directed to self serve despite the staff knowing that the WIFI was not working. On top of it one of the staff wanted us to give our phone to them. This made us nervous until one otherm manually processed our envelope. For privacy protection please don’t handover your phone to a stranger.

    Good experience. We needed to send an extremely important document abroad in Christmas time around the 22/23rd. We were a bit worried because of the holidays and the long way but everything went well and the document arrived just a couple of days after Christmas.
