Basically you have not delivered my mums birthday present you have had it for 4 days, I have spoken on your chat, and you will not except the post code, i have spoken to damart about this issue they updated the details and emailed you four days ago but nothing happens about this issue and the parcel is still stuck at thr depot and when I go on chat with you it still shows thr incorrect information
