   Good spot, but collection was a disorganized mess! ​I used the Evri collection point at the SPAR store inside the Shell petrol station in Hounslow. ​Overall Rating: 4 out of 5 ​The Good: The location is super handy for picking up things when you can't be home. My parcel was also fine—no damage. ​The Problems: The actual collection process was messy. The SPAR is quite small, and they clearly don't have much room for parcels. They just had everything dumped into two big crates behind the counter. ​First, there was confusion because the staff member asked me to scan a QR code (they might have thought I wanted to send a parcel, not collect one). ​Second, and the main issue: I had to dig through both crates myself to find my order! My parcel was tiny and right at the very bottom of the pile, so it took ages to find it. The staff didn't really help with the search either. ​My Takeaway: It’s a convenient location, but Evri needs to help these small stores organize their parcels better. Having customers rummage through big, unsorted boxes is a real hassle.

   Don’t waste your time going there , not recommended if you need to drop off a parcel with Evri . The people working there are lazy as hell . If they can’t scan the barcode they can do it manually by typing the number but they are so lazy that they will say only sorry it is not scanning and that’s it, they send you away. I will never ever go there again. Evri should move their drop off somewhere else.

   Clearly states open 24 hrs for parcel drop off, rude staff with no customer service who only accept parcels from apparently 8am- 8pm due to ‘personal safety’ reasons. Correct the advertised timings then.

   No contact details nor no response and very slow like a ant all computerised speaking useless services in chat too very bad and lazy employer and employees. Secondly now you'll say don't know and good to knowing myself. Your company don't know how the system goes. Don't show as if you are not aware. I have records and records of hermes delivery or collections made by amazon still my things are with me which has to return in amazon . And hermes not came to take back the returns. You now give another bail contact. You doesn't have phone number only mails address. And please don't reply ne again I don't want justification. It us useless
