Spoken to the shop owner. They no longer deal with Evri packages at all. They have advised google who have not updated this.
Not their fault l am sure but Tesco has stopped accepting Evri. Probably a good decision by Tesco - Professionals not wanting to deal with the shambles that is Evri.
Useless guy sitting at the till. They don’t do evri parcel drop but have not updated. The guy don’t have courtesy to say sorry . Shame
I don't understand why Ervi doesn't take any action against this shop. They have their own rules for drop-off but don't display them. It seems like they do whatever they feel like.
When I went there to return my babies pushchair which was in a big box (7-8kgs) they said they are not taking big heavy items as the evri driver not taking heavy items or big boxes and Iam aware evri takes till 15kgs, so I had to roam around the other evri drop off stores where the machine was out of service tesco express (hanworth road) with my baby in his pushchair and return parcel on shopping trolley so my question is why isn't evris driver not accepting big items or boxes. So I would request to please look into this matter.
Dont go for Hermes return. Go to Tesco around the corner. They accept any time.
