    The service has been extremely disappointing. In the past, I was even charged a fee for the Evri label. Every time, I have to bring my parcel to the designated area myself. When collecting my parcels, I’m forced to search through a messy pile, often getting my clothes dirty in the process without any help. I never had the collecting experience like that from Evri shop since I came to the UK. I’m just a small girl with weak health, so I found it very struggling to lift or move other parcels just to find mine. And obviously, the shop people should be the one who help to find the parcel. This level of disorganization and lack of assistance is completely unacceptable. I like Evri, but I’d rather use Royal Mail or Inpost locker than being treated like that with the same delivery fee. The staff is nice but the shop owner is rude. It ruined my day. Never recommend!

    Tried to print out the Evri label but the machine was not working and the shop owner made no effort to help or even communicate with me. He was very rude. I will never go into this shop again.

    Shop owner charging for printing Evri labels. Has a sign on the printer saying electric isn't free. Then told me there was a £3 card limit and to just pick something to make up the cost. When I challenged him on how this wasn't allowed he was extremely rude.

    Delivered on time but communication isn’t good and only robots available in their customer services. You will need to email the MD directly (email can be found at CEO email.com) to get a human to respond.
