I have been waiting for a delivery from Hermes for 5 days and the same message has been posted on the tracking for the same time! So, why has it not been delivered as it appears to be sitting in your depot?
Absolutely incompetent service. The parcel has not been delivered after 10 days even after many emails with the customer service team promising delivery within 48hrs. Please avoid them like covid-19! I'm lucky to be still alive. The poor delivery system neatly killed me!!!!!!
This was a day late, we had waited in the previous day, Hermes let us down yet again this has happened with them on other occasions. Today we had less then 40mins notice of the parcels start time delivery. We opted to have it delivered to a neighbour. We then received an email an hour after delivery saying the parcel was left in our garage. It was an absolute lie a pictured showed it dumped near our front door a few yards away from a busy public pavement. Where is the parcel now? I don't believe the rating for this company, they are a total shambles. I intend to stop buying from companies that use this courier, they are to much trouble, totally unreliable and untrustworthy.
They need to scrap tracked delivery immediately. Mine was at the depot 5 days ago and claims my parcel would of been on the move within 24h.. 5 days later it’s still says that. It only makes customers think their packages are going to be delivered and force them to wait days on end believing any moment now. And don’t bother looking for help it is pathetic and unhelpful. Lastly there is no one to call at the depot to check up! I would of given no stars for how unnecessary Hermes truly is.
Used them twice and had bad experiences. First time, the parcel was lost... and the second time, the parcel was not even collected. The tracking showed collection attempted, but it was false as I have stayed all day at home and there was no attempt. Same thing happened for 3 consecutive days. It wasted my time for 3 days and decided to cancel. Definitely not going to send anything with them again.

They apparently attempted to deliver parcel on Sunday , but couldn’t find my house, although it’s on the main road and has number on wall outside. Chased on Monday, they are refunding delivery charge. Called late on Tuesday, and it’s still not allocated for redelivery....appalling service. Will be checking in future what delivery service company’s use. I wouldn’t buy from a company that uses them.
The worst Delivery service I have ever come across. They say delivery attempted when they don’t even come at all. Got 2-3 parcels lost with them, the retail companies had to refund me as they could not figure out which neighbour they had delivered it to. They never knock on the door but leave my parcels on the porch no matter if sunny or rainy. I would avoid buying from some retailers if I knew they use Hermes delivery.
