Very convinient/ good for essentials! However because it was very crowded, there was cardboard on the floor and the aisles are so close together, its quite hard to navigate this shop and find what you need. They have lots of options for alcohol and vapes though, also a slushy machine, stationary and Picamix.
Let's say I been looking for a certain product for a very long time and they had it. I was soooo plesseee. Thry can be a little watching you when trying to shop but very fresh and has all you need
Very large selection of products at amazing prices!! The vape shop in there is the best around, even cheaper than online for a lot of things! And Grenade protein bars for £1.50 (rather than like £3.50 everywhere else)! Great store
Send partner to the shop and 90% of the time the stuff is up to a month out of date, admittedly he does forget to check the dates but it's not something that he shouldn't be worrying about as this is the staffs responsibility to be checking stock. This really needs to be sorted as the shop is now becoming notorious for selling gone off food I've had milk, sausage rolls, crackers, Apple pies and bread just in the last month. I upped rating to 2 star as there is a good variety of food it's just bad that you have to check dates on everything you are planning to buy.
Been going to this store for a while now bought vapes regularly never had a problem until Tuesday bought 3 there was one which was faulty because the light stayed on and was very hot,I phoned the shop and the man said come in the morning and speak to the lady who served you,I went today and she said there was nothing she could do,I said it was £9 and is faulty she said can’t do anything,I said I would not leave it like this because they are at fault and would be in touch with trading standards,then another worker shouted out “Go on then” very professional to react with a customer who was polite!I called tonight and the man said he was the manager? I explained the situation with no avail!He Put The Phone Down On Me!I have been doing some research and it clearly states if you have a FAULTY vape and gets Hot RETURN it to the shop!look it up on google! I am a grandmother and I really don’t appreciate people speaking to me in this way and I expect to be treated with respect.I have left my number with several staff and from another shop! DO THE RIGHT THING AND EXCHANGE IT! This was a 15 year olds pocket money have a heart! I have done my best to resolve this issue as your not prepared to exchange the faulty vape it leaves me no option but to contact trading standards!I hope you took note of google faulty vapes! It states if you have a faulty vape return it to the shop were purchased!Im sorry you could not find it in your heart to replace it!
Great shop. Lot of products on offer. Love the drinks selection and American products. Loads of vapes / e-cigarettes Good priced store. Would definitely recommend.
