   We used Eco-fleet to deliver 130 books throughout London to various addresses and they were fantastic to deal with. The logistics teams you speak to about planning and booking the jobs are very switched on and great to deal with. The riders are great too, we worked with 4 in total for this job, Sean, Dan, Elliot and Ryan who were all fantastic. I would highly recommend for any postage needs.

   Thank you EcoFleet for a fantastic and very professional service. I arrived to meet Red the driver who was already on site waiting for me. He was incredibly professional following corona safety guidelines. All deliveries were made on time with a friendly and personal touch and I feel great about supporting the cleaner air campaign.    Joined Eco Fleet for our deliveries and after a few weeks they have dumped us as a client in an email! "Please be aware that we have taken on high volume, long-term clients and will no longer have the resources to serve your deliveries anymore." A real shame that someone couldn't even pick up the phone and speak to us like human beings who are trying to run a small business. We have now been left with no delivery service for our business and are having to turn away business as a result. Clearly only in it for themselves. I really wouldn't recommend them. UPDATE: The owner of Eco Fleet gave me a call to discuss my review which I appreciated, she also sent flowers, again a nice gesture. Apparently, there is no such thing as a big or small client and Eco Fleet would like to service all clients. My issue is still that despite the call and the flowers, I still have no delivery company. So as much as I would love to remove the review and say all is sorted, in terms of the service that was meant to be provided, I am still 1 delivery company short. I do wish them all the best as I think their business model and service is an amazing idea. From the short interaction we had with the riders, they were all lovely, polite, communicative and professional. It is just a shame that operationally the service did not match for us.
