So, I did not have to call directly to be sure delivery was received...just realized, this last review edited my previous with 3 *, so it seems that I can not post completely new review, because I can only edit my previous one...could DHL staff let me know why I could not post new review? There was no such option...

   Staff here are ALWAYS so helpful. I was a bit flustered trying to send a mobile we found on the tube. Owner was at LHR and called his number & we arranged to ship. Shopkeeper helped with wrapping, advised about credit cards (not allowed), value of phone & insurance. He even unwrapped everything twice as I forgot about a zip pocket in the phone cover, and checked the form was correct. It's a very busy shop but he gave me his full attention. Parcel arrived, job done!
