   Visited The Tesco store at Cam on Tuesday 5 August 2025 at 1pm. Everything about my visit was good except when I went to use the male toilet. The toilet itself was disgustingly dirty and the toilet brush was so dirty that the only course of action must be for it to be binned and replaced with a new one. The toilet seat is in a very poor condition as well and really needs replacing. I told a member of staff about this, but they were busy, with other customers waiting, so I tried to telephone the store this morning. After two minutes of press one for this and and two for that I failed to find an option for speaking to anyone and the messaging suggested that staff were helping other customers in store. I looked on line but failed to find any other way of contacting the store. It is unusual for me to use these feedback systems but I cannot find a better option, so I hope that someone at Tesco looks at this and does something about it. Sadly there is no option to leave a zero or minus zero rating here. Points for contacting the store and speaking to someone about this = zero. Option on the website to provide customer feedback = zero.

   5 stars for friendliness. Store itself is smaller then the giant Tescos I’ve been to before. But I but what I needed to get. The employees were beyond helpful and friendly. Smiling and sweet. One employee was determined to find someone who had a Tesco card so that it could’ve scanned and save me money. How sweet of her! And I did save 8 pounds on my shopping as a reSult there’s a nice customer toilet in the back of store too. And a books for charity display as you leave the store. Anyway my 5 stars is for friendliness. It’s getting more and more rare to meet employees who genuinely care about customers being made ti feel welcome and appreciated. So I applaud the nice staff here for their natural good manners and joy in helping customers

   Expanded the shelving and offering more options and vegetarian/vegan/health choices. Electric cat charging, plastic recycling and clean store in a good location to other essential stores. Friendly staff, books by donation and food bank always looking full. Prices are a bit too high compared to other stores.

   Although not the biggest Tesco store it still offers an extensive product range and competitive pricing. It's always clean a d well merchandised with plenty of pleasant helpful staff. There is free car parking available directly outside and cash points too. Unfortunately no fuel available at this store.
