    Always liked going to this store for shopping and petrol. Never minded the self-scan for quick shops but now they force you to self-scan for trolley loads which takes forever. Sadly this is a deal breaker for me, both because of how slow it is and because I believe people should have access to paying work, so I wont be going back.

    Never overcrowded, easy parking. ATM, car cleaning, toilets and now a new petrol station almost ready. Friendly staff and always have enough choice of food and non food items.

    The staff were nice and the location is good, but the stock is crap and the cashpoints don't work. I recommend to nobody.

    Rude staff. Lack of staff. Toilets are smelly. Range of stock is poor. Petrol station is an eyesore. And will not use it costs Ā£120 to fill up a Ā£60 tank also fuel price is higher than anywhere locally normally need other items from petrol station because it's unmanned you cannot get them until store is open. A poor excuse for store

    Third visit this week, Iā€™m developing Rickets, nothing fresh. Doughnuts , biscuits everywhere but not a drop of tomato juice to drink. Iā€™m wondering if this place has a multi million pound sponsorship deal with a statin company. Ye gods.

    Well I just thought this was needed now, just from the lady dealing with self service today, I expected to see an SIA licence attached to her the way she was guarding the recycled shopping bags which are well overpriced at 20p considering I used to work at the factory where they are made, they cost less than a penny to make. I even checked it for gold lining. The woman guarding them by carrying them around literally was telling everyone how to scan the bags or would scan them herself because and I quote 'I'm fed up with everyone nicking them today'. The way in which she speaks to people is actually not very good customer service, please tesco retrain the staff to respect everyone instead of trying to show dominance, self service is there because we don't want to deal with the staff that try to intimidate like this.

    Generally okay, but not great. Certain staff members are very rude and act like an idiot because of covid rules. Shelves are not fully stocked. The last few months I experienced many times and I couldn't buy things that I wanted. Parking is okay, access is okay. However, i do less and less of my shopping in this Tesco, mainly because of the behaviour of certain staff members. If they don't like me I am happy to spend my money elsewhere.
