The owner is very rude many times he has made excuses to not take the parcel. He makes up his own rules I'm very annoyed and I will make a complaint to evri too
The owner is a delightful individual, known for their politeness and excellent customer service. I have had the pleasure of dropping off parcels at this shop on several occasions without any problems, and I will certainly continue to use this shop for Evri, as my experiences have been consistently positive.
I went there 4 times, to return an Evri parcel. Google says that they are closing at 11pm. The first 3 times, they told me that I couldn't return my parcel, as was too late. The fourth time that I went there, the machine was broken. So I wasn't able to return my parcel at all. I would like to add also that both staff are very rude, and I had to wait 2 times until they finished their phone call, as it was more important than the customers.
The shopkeeper was rude and uninterested in helping, and the experience was extremely frustrating. Every time I visit, the printer is “not working,” and I’m told to print the label myself and return with the parcel. It’s a waste of time, especially when the shop clearly cannot handle the business properly. Parcel shops need to update Evri when their printer is down, so customers aren’t inconvenienced. Alternatively, the option to print a label should be disabled if the shop can’t offer the service. If they’re not equipped to handle parcels, they shouldn’t be accepting them at all.
The label printing machine was not scanning properly and the staff member was very uninterested. He did not help even when I asked. I managed to get the printoff and handed the parcel over for a return, and he asked me to go to the back of the shop and put the parcel in the bag myself. The bag was unattended and I or anyone could take something out and walk away very easily. However, the return went through without a problem and I got my refund.
It's not bad parcels are picked up and leave every day
Don't accept Hermes after 7pm. On Hermes they are supposed to accept till 8pm. Either remove shop or fix error
