   False advertising. Lists packaging free returns but they want to charge you for the packaging. I even had the amazon envelope it came in and used the delivery label to stick it closed. It was held together well but they still wouldn't accept it. Wanted me to pay for tape or a bag to send it in.

   Amazon literally told me to give the package to them and it doesn't need special packaging it even said it on the amazon email I showed him and he refused to get the item and send it to the amazon he wanted to charge me
