   What can I tell you other than to avoid this group at all cost. Each year they report on my investment showing nothing but failure after failure and they charge you for providing this abysmally poor performance. What is harder to accept is there is no redress for their performance other than to move provider AND then they charge you for the privilege of having to take this action to try and stop the rot. My account manager has also not attempted to make any contacted in past 18months even after repeated calls to his cell and office. And now...wait for it... MY pension fund holder send me a letter advising SW have advised them they are no longer my financial advisor giving me exactly 10days to engage another service provider. No contact directly from SW. I am disgusted with SW customer relations. Worth stating at this point is to note one of their marketing points is longevity of customer is key indicator for their success. Well SW another BIG failure on that performance indicator as well !!!! My experience Financial Services are the Biggest legal scam out there.
