   Do not return your Amazon packages here! They are very rude and unfriendly, aggressively took the package from me while I was printing the label. After a few days of not confirmation online Amazon said they have not received my package. How can they get a way with holding custody of others parcel returns without any accountability. Seems my returns were stolen

   PLEASE, AVOID THIS PLACE! The lady that works there is EXTREMELY RUDE! I mean, INCREDIBLY RUDE. She yelled at me and dropped my parcels on the floor just because I could not understand her very well. I got so scared that I video recorded her. I can prove it!

   My first time dropping off a Hermes parcel with no label. I took a printed QR code - it didn't work with the machine. The shop owner helped me enormously including photographing the QR code on his own phone so it worked that way and he printed the label and then took my parcel. Great service and thank you!

   Disgusting service. The owner is not only rude & unprofessional but most importantly a sexist. Please avoid. Hermes you do have an excellent service, don't associate yourself with this individual.

   The owner is straight up rude. Not kind of rude, incredibly rude. Also half the packages I dropped off never made it back to Amazon. AVOID: as others have said. It’s not worth it no matter how close it is.

   Didn't bother to indicate clearly that the Hermes service wasn't available due to machine fault. Initially told me to wait outside but let everyone else in. Rudest individual I've ever encountered, no idea how that shop is still open.
