    Hi Today is the second day I have been waiting for a parcel collection. Received email first day indicating collection anytime between 8.03am to 18.03am. Second email indicated a 17.00pm to 18.00pm window. No driver came, no notification. Second day an email came telling me collection will be between 11.10am to 12.10pm. No driver no further communication. Now is 14.00pm. Have decided to take the parcel to DHL Express Service office in Northolt myself. Absolutely useless service. Will never ever use DHL again and advise others to do so as well. Disgusted. Waste of time. ZERO Star.

    Some donkey driver skip my delivery end i don't receive my parcel receive messages 12 to 13:00 waiting all day no parcel very very poor service
