   Unfortunately this lidl is way smaller than many. It is a shame as the shopping experience is not the same and it seems that there are way less things there than in normal Lidl. The middle aisle is also missing with plenty of deals which you can find in other lidls. Because of that I only buy few bits there and do my main shopping in the Sainsbury next door.

   Amazing staff great service. Only draw back its smaller than other Lidls and sometimes they don't have the offer items or what I need so I have to go to filton Lidl or Sainsburys/Iceland next door.

   Really bad experience to shop in this Lidl. When my dad attempted to use the vegetable coupon by scanning the membership card, it didn’t work. The cashier was unsure of why this was happening as the apps was showing coupon was activated. The manager came over then and incorrectly claimed that the coupon was expired. This was not the case. We explained many times to the manager but she just stated that you are using an expired coupon. After checking the digital receipt , we found that the coupon applied to the previous customer’s bill incorrectly as the cashier call us to scan the code while the previous customer was just making the payment. The manager then stated that your coupon is applied to the baby corn, she had nothing to do with the situation, which was both unhelpful and disappointing.

   The staff are very friendly but the queue times are so long because there's usually only 1 cashier on and there aren't any self service tills. Becomes a drag at the end of a working day. Would love more staff on tills or self serve tills

   Good shop for customers, but not impressed to know they throw away all the bakery products leftovers, instead of giving it to homeless people, charities, employers or to the community passing by! Paying someone with a truck from shop to shop collecting those to be putting on in a pile of rubbish should be seriously reviewed! Also there are apps for people buying products in the last minute, post it there! There are ways to handle food, but paying for disposal is the careless ever!

   Pretty standard Lidl, usually fairly well stocked however a smaller range of products compared to most others. Lack of items such as gnocchi, cooking bacon and own brand energy drinks does get mildly irksome at times.
