Do evri guys reads the reviews of this shop at high roads, Printer never working staff very dodgy, puts the printing machine off/says its out of order says to come back later EVRI should take a note of this and give it to some other shops to run their buisness.
Very bad customer service. The staff is very rude. They ask to come before 3 for Parcle drop off. I went 2 he didn’t accept it. He said you need to come before 2. Very rude and worst customer service ever.
This service should close!!!! The staff are very dodgy. I lost money twice because of their inefficiency. First incident: They refused to accept my parcel coz they said they’re only accepting collections before 7 pm. Second incident (just today): Due to the first incident, I rang them before comingto ask if they’re open tomorrow coz I need to send a parcel and the lady on the phone confirmed so. Take note, I haven’t finished speaking on the phone and she hang up so I had to call again to ask if they’re gonna take parcels coz I might make it by 7pm tonight. When I got there, the lady (i suppose she’s the same person I spoke on the phone coz I could recognise her voice and abruptness) refused to accept my parcel and this time she said that the cut off is at 12 pm??????? I told her I spoke to one of them about their collection time and asked if I could go back tomorrow instead. She then informed me that they’re only collecting again on Monday which was never mentioned at all during the phone call. Mind you, I specifically asked during the call if I could send a parcel by 7 pm tonight. I honestly think that they’re just taking the piss. I think Evri should know about this coz they’re ruining the company’s name.
⭐☆☆☆☆ I came to this Evri drop-off location to leave my parcel, but they told me they only accept drop-offs between 8am–4pm, even though online it shows they are open until 11pm. When I explained this, they said they couldn’t accept it and asked me to come back the next day, but they also said they can’t keep the parcel. Very inconvenient and confusing for customers. Sharing this so others are aware that the actual hours don’t match what’s shown online.
The worst shop and customer service ever. I've been to the shop nine days in a row, and it's always out of service to send a parcel. They purposely turned off the machine so they don't have to talk to customers and want to focus only on selling their products in the shop instead. Even no sense of how to talk with customers specifically for parcel customers because he told me only 10p profit per Parsel that why they did not give interest in parcel services. If the shop workers and the owner are not able to run this business why are you open then? Close your business if you are not able to run it. Thank you

They’re apparently Evri parcelstop but rarely do I ever manage to drop parcel successful as their machine is always out of order!
