Was warned by two neighbours that they are never able to accept a return, thought I would try, nevertheless. They have a permanent "out of order" sign where the Evri collections are supposed to happen. Amazon should sort out the problem. Waste of space, waste of time.

Waste of time. The Evri machine is permanently out of service, here and the Tesco on Kew Rd. Only the one in Kew village works.

They don't currently have a printer on the spot so your return won't be accepted. I managed to make a return only at Tesco on Kew Rd, TW9 2PQ
