Poor customer service, called million time no answer, live chat sent , no reply. As a restaurant owner advice you don’t contact with them, ignore them, even they don’t have any driver, last night I lost few costumer because of their stupid driver. Their driver didn’t come, and apps show food on the way. I called them , no reply. No answer, today I saw they took money from May account without any service, and I don’t think, they will take my money long, i opened a case against them, I got all proof, Restaurant owners.ignore them, otherwise you will lose your customers,

Interviewed with them for a job. I was offered the job, requested to meet them at the office and then seconds before I quit my existing job, the job offer was revoked without any valid explanation via text. The employer was more interested in showing the rooms of the building and where I could work, rather than explaining the requirements of the job. Multiple requests to meet the relevant team were denied, making me question the existence of the job in the first place. The employer who interviewed me had no idea of what the exact job description was. If anyone wants to work them, I'd suggest you to get details of the job in an official email, because they prefer communication via fragmented texts. This should've been a Glassdoor review but they don't seem to have an account. Otherwise, the office is fantastic and people seemed quite nice.
