Apparently the best buy isn't a DHL eCommerce Service Point, I enquired with shop keeper and I was told "There is no DHL here" and closed the door on me. He didn't seem to be interested or care, regardless and carried on speaking on his phone. Perhaps best to visit the Post office across the road or use DHL express further up the road.
