AVOID EVRI - UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSECURE! I paid £70 to send an international parcel to Norway, and the experience has been an absolute nightmare. The staff were impolite and unprofessional! They even made a mistake on the receipt, despite the fact that I clearly wrote the correct address on a piece of paper and handed it to them directly. To make things worse, Evri failed to notify the recipient when the parcel arrived, and without any alert, it was sent back in less than 14 days - a blatant failure of service! But the worst part? After using their service, my personal information was compromised. My bank card was blocked due to fraudulent activity, and after speaking with my bank, they confirmed it was part of a known scam involving Evri. This is even acknowledged on Evri’s own website -so why are they still sharing customers’ phone numbers or failing to protect them from fraud? I’ve now reported this to the police, as advised by my bank. This is completely unacceptable. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST!
