I had to return a product and he said that it was too big and that I should go to the other location because he does not receive it, as it is a clothes dryer that fits the Evri standards of 182/50. Discrimination!
They lost my laptop, and have an extremely negligent culture towards clients parcels, zero accountability. It took me weeks to reach an actual customer service person. Worst delivery experience ever!
Very bad service, fourth world service
HORRIBLE SERVICE! The elderly woman and her son refused to except my parcel in their shop as they assumed that the driver won’t take it when I have left many parcels there before and the driver always accepted them and never complained about the size of the parcel. Don’t bother going in to this shop, the most rude service I have ever experienced.
Amazon said this establishment is a drop off no box return parcel shop. Went today and was today I need to go to the post office to buy a box to return it.
Took forever to get our packet which turned up wet for some unknown reason
