   THIS REVIEW IS FOR ONE AND ONLY WEMBLEY BRANCH ON EALING ROAD Fraud: very late service . I paid extra mondy to send my courier london to gujarat india. It was just chocolates.they got extra money and told to give service withing 7 days but in reality, IT TOOK 21 DAYS AND DINT REPLYED OF MY CALL AND TEXT. DONT GO TO THIS SHOP TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BOTH.

   DO NOT TAKE THIS SERVICE ... ! We were shifting to India and used them to deliver our household items like wooden stools, glass, wooden photo frames .., everything was delivered broke ! Even the wooden frames and stools ! We filled the claims form but it was closed for no fault of ours ... we lost 620 pounds plus all the things that had so many sentiments attached to them .. google really needs to have a zero star they don’t deserve even that ! So save yourself and RUN. If you thinking it may happen just to someone else and not me we thought the same and picked them ... DONT DO THE SAME MISTAKE ... ITS A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Edit : I have used DTDC service And the courier was booked under my husbands name Puneeth Hegde’s name ...

   I had shipped few parcels in 2 different consignments. It was picked up at home and delivered to home in TN, India ahead of the promised time, seamlessly. The staff both in Wembley,UK and TN,India were very courteous and supportive. Though one of parcel was delayed they ensured follow up was done and delivered next day.
