Love Morrisons as their bakery and butcher really good, can find cuts other supermarkets don’t stock - best times to visits weekdays as less busy within school hours, tills are quick and friendly.

Generally, staff have good knowledge and friendly. BIG PROBLEM is that the staffed tills are as far away from the entrance as you can get and too few of them. 2 * taken off because of this. Can you also invest in the "back of shelf" pulls to get to lemonade bottles on the lower shelves. Lots of us can't get down on the floor to reach them plus it is difficult to find someone to help. Otherwise, the store and café are great.

Today went into Morrisons to go pharmacy. Huge queue of 10+ people for pharmacy. Service slow. I shopped around hoping queue would reduce. Paid for a few items including one more card priced good. Discounted price didn’t show up on self-check out. Asked check out assistant for help. She went to check. Queue for pharmacy by this time was reduced to 5-6. Assistant lethargically walked over & back taking about 5 minutes (should’ve taken about a minute). By the time she (almost comically slowly) walked back queue had risen again to 10. As she walked away ironically had “love to help” on back of her fleece. Really disappointing service all round. Morrisons is competing with two other stores (Aldi & Lidl) on its doorstop. My partner & I have been loyal customers the last two years… I will be thinking again before coming to Morrisons in future…

A very large Morrisons. Very conveniently located, with a fairly big car park and a petrol station. Well-stocked, which is great. They take good care of cleanliness. Friendly staff. Today I was interested in the rolls from their bakery – absolutely delicious.

I saw a demonstration taking place outside Morrison's at Fishponds about the low welfare standards of chickens - they could do much better for animals if they adopted the Better Chicken Commitment.

The staff are rude. The cafe is ridiculous. Does anyone actually taste the filth sent out of this pit. After a disgustingly long wait, what arrived wasn't fit for the dustbin. Dumps like this shut down all the local small businesses, then offer really low quality, inferior produce. Absolutely appalling. The super market itself sells low quality produce which all appears to be close to the use by date. I can highly recommend this place to dieters or those looking for a fun day of fasting, you certainly wouldn't want to eat the filth on sale.

A friend and I went yesterday to have breakfast and do a shop. During our last visit, I found they had a mobility scooter for customer use. This was great as I'm recovering from foot surgery and unable to walk very well. Because of this, we left the wheelchair at home. On arrival, the one and only scooter was out of use. I managed to get to the cafe and back on crutches but was unable to do my shopping. Very disappointed.

The worst supermarket I've been in, staff are run off their feet as self service tills are old and constantly breaking. Only 1 member of staff to manage whole self service area and often only 1 till open in the staffed payment area even when long queues. Not the staff's fault but I get better customer service in lidl
