Cluttered, noisy, muddled layout. Wide range of household stuff but in my experience never has quite the right thing.

Compared to Richmond branch, the Chiswick store is spacious and quite well laid out. Even though I've used the store for many years I still find I have to hunt around a lot to find what I'm looking for. Aisle end labels might help. I went on Saturday afternoon this visit. The store was not busy. The three checkout staff were uninterested in serving and continued their conversation while one made the effort to take payment. Fortunately the staff are usually a lot better than that. Maybe weekend students, but I was less than impressed with them.
