   Between all the post office and sorting office this is the most terrible service for postage wish my bank and other services would stop using Royal Mail as it is now just third rate compared to the rest

   I edited my previous post as the parcel was over weight. Royal mail collected the parcel but didn't deliver it to me as it was too heavy. I just don't understand why they collect it since it was over weight. Two turntables inside my parcel, one of these was damaged in transit. Luckily the seller will be replacing it for free. Not impressed with the service at all...

   The phone number given is an automated line basically impossible to use as the Ai can't understand you when giving details of a reference number gets it totally wrong every time waste of time trying to use it impossible to speak to a human !!!

   So frustrated that Wallington took over a lot of Morden's mail and because l am not easy to find it’s potluck. I live in disabled sheltered Bungalows behind St George Church. It means that delivery people have to get out of their comfy van and walk through the car park. But no they try and deliver to the Church despite right beside the Church there are 2 signposts directing them. All l get is attempted delivery. So no red card And long queues waiting on phone. Not once have they answered. The annoying thing is they have my phone number and details. It was never like this in my 15 years as a postie

   web site says closes at 8.00.pm Thursdays left work early when arrived all closed up at 4.00.pm this sorting office is poorly run and staffed been on the phone to see if open been waiting 22 min so far tried to get a re delivery would not let me on web site
