I dropped a small package off here, for work, the other day and the member of staff that I encountered was less than friendly and lacked basic manners. Shame he has chosen a customer facing job, he really isnt suited to it.
Super convenient, super polite team. Always lovely to deal with, convenient opening hours. I wish they also did Evri as I have had so many issues with Evri elsewhere and know these guys would be on top of it.
Better than Ryman in the same area. The team is smiley and helpful. DHL international is also priced more fair than FedEx (my parcel is shipped to California, next business day service. They call it “express”)
