I went there today to return a parcel and they told me they cannot accept it, because they accept packages from Monday- Saturday. I checked the EVRI website and it says that they should accept also on Sunday , however they were unwilling to do anything.
Tired of this place and their attitude. Machine is broken again for months!! Please sort this thing out
Horrendous customer service. Absolutely appalling! I am not one to complain easily and I would usually only write reviews for positive experiences. But in this case, I can’t not share… Never in my life have I experienced worse customer care. The “gentleman” at the shop refused to scan my Hermes return parcels and after 10 min negotiation and him serving every incoming person while ignoring me completely he agreed to scan one parcel but refused the other one as “their printer” is broken (it has been broken for the past 2 years FYI…). Didn’t look at me once. Was so rude I left livid in a rage. Hermes should do a better job at scoping their business partners. Honestly.
Save your time and don't send your parcels there!! Lately no idea what's wrong with the shop owner, they just don't scan your parcel, sometimes lied about scanner doesn't work. Since they don't feel like to make money of collecting parcels, then don't go!!! Ridiculous, irrational, time waster!!!!
The officer said the printer was not working and described an MBE branch and told me to print the label there. When I came back after 10 minutes, surprisingly, the printer was working. I haven't had such a bad experience in a long time. Shame!
