   I visited the branch to post an item of 0.2kg which is very light, so in this case my postage should be pretty reasonable. The lady first took a #2 box to which I saw the item fit pretty well as she was about to close the box a male worker came and said to use a bigger box. Not a #3 but a #4 box for an item that weigh 5-10kg. Remember I said my item is 0.2kg, the box they decided to use was evn 5 times bigger than the box my item was delivered in. Having done that now the shipping of this 0.2kg item cost me £72 which is even more than the cost of the item. I am so disappointed in this DHL service branch workers. I heard great things about the service which made me want to try but this blatant robbery and dishonesty was too much. If the receiver didn't need the item urgently I wasn't going to send it but trust me I would never use this service again. I'm a fair and honest person and like to be treated the same. Please visit your branches HR or who responsible for site spot visits please.

   When I ordered online the item was available in store to collect. When I went to the store the next day the manager informed me that everything in store was for walk in customers only and not for online . I wasn't happy with the service at all
