   They have a new staff member.. who is clearly not trained in the art of good customer service.. but what can you do. Beyter to have parcel.. delivered to door. I can't tell the amount of times.. people have been in the shop and been yelled at or the man is quick to argue with members of the public over parcels. Stay well clear

   Went to collect Hermes parcel this morning, (allerted on App that it was ready for collection) but it can't be found. How do I find out where it has gone?

   The ShopKeeper refused to Scan the Hermes parcels I had for dropping off. He said “We are closed and can’t take parcels. The time was 8pm” This has now happened Twice. Hermes should not allow shopkeepers like them to provide they services. This is a drop off service and they are meant to Scan and put the parcels in Hermes bag for the driver to collect next morning. There are 3 shopkeepers who all said, it too late. I will make a official complaint to Hermes about this drop off location.
