    Very rude. Took a Hermes parcel in for return and the woman LAUGHED AT ME and pointed to a small handwritten card saying they don’t accept Hermes parcels on Wednesday. When I explained I’d driven there especially (I have a special needs daughter & a Mum recovering from hip op so getting out the house is very difficult.) she laughed again, shrugged & said “We’ve been telling people for months.” If she’d showed an tiny bit of sympathy for my inconvenience I would have walked out the shop OK, but to laugh at someone??!! Rude.
