    Tesco receive and out parcels from Envri they never has label. They said in your face that do not spend in label to print off. The client should printed it. That is ridiculous a simple parcel from Temu to return need to print off when I have a QR. Envri MUST improve your customer service delivery, return and all rest services provide , personally I avoid to be delivered from they.

    Terrible service!!! They refuse to print Evri labels, so if you don’t have a ready printed label or printer at home then they can’t process your parcel. Different excuse every time you go. Either their label printer is broken or they simply don’t have one. Has been this was for ages!!!

    Don't bother coming because they don't have the machine to print the label. The lady at the shop said it's been like that since December 2024 and still hasn't been fixed

    They don't have evri machine to print out label. Can't return.

    It’s a hit and miss using the Evri service in this shop. Sometimes it works perfectly. Sometimes the ink in the printer does not work, which means you cannot use the label and post your package. Or the ‘machine is broken’; which basically 90% of the time.
