Just visited apparently the system is not working not the first time, I have been told this. Not a pleasant person to deal with, he gave the impression he just couldn’t be bothered. Certainly won’t use this shop for sending any parcels.
They never accept large parcels cause it takes up space but they won’t say and the machine seems to be not “working” which is a lie they are too lazy to move parcels and it’s taking up space
Awful service, refused to take a large parcel when there were clearly similar sized parcels there ready. Very rude, avoid them, avoid evri. Changing there name has not improved their service!
Very helpful staff, I always go there to send my parcels.
Friendly service, helping to print labels(other shop will not help), they never refuse any Hermes parcels according to the guidelines. Quick service.
