I'm a male pensioner and have been mainly doing my weekly grocery shop at Aldi Crow Lane mid morning, mid week for 5 years. Generally a good experience but do need to check fruit and veg for damage / rot. Staff usually friendly and hard working. Unfortunately Friday 16th May 2025 not so good. Arrived to find not one but two trolleys with paper rubbish and both with suspicious looking liquid where babies sit. Get to lobby, no paper towel or sanitizer. Clean up with own tissue. Then in store no blueberries, large pack Essentials smoked bacon, pickled beetroot in large jar or grated parmesan. Ask for £15 cash back at till, cashier has to call manageress and only has one £5 note and some coins in till. Bad day or standards slipping?

My first time giving a bad review in my whole life. The manager on 17/02/25 was very unprofessional. The way she dealt with the customer made me not want to come back to the store ever. Not taking the responsibility properly, being untruthful and one of the worst problem solving skills I have ever encountered. Used to come to the store often since it’s nearby by the house but I will never come to the store anymore because of the manager lady.

I don't normally leave as bad reviews as this however sadly Aldi keeps failing me. Henbury Aldi is my usual Grocery store, twice now though I've accidentally purchased items that have expired twice! They really shouldn't be selling these items, the first item was sausages (expired by a week) purchased a few months ago but resolved with customer service and now the icing on the cake are cashew nuts (expired by nearly a year ago) but purchased monday. A year is absolutely insane.... This isn't a mistake by leaving an item out but restocking with expired items. This seriously needs to be looked into by management, logistics and the regional manager for this store. I hope to be contacted by the store too.

One of my favorite Aldi stores in Bristol - less crowded, cleaner, and well stacked. I get to sit and rest at the playground or play hoops at the open basketball court close by.

Easy to get in and out. Good fresh produce selection and well stocked, including meats, deli, dairy. Limits on things like biscuits and various. Did not see any 'free-from' or vegetarian choices. But you have 2 full aisles with the 'bargains' like clothes, toys etc.

Good quality food and prices even though times are difficult, parking always easy even at busy times.

Store wasn't very organised. The milk I selected started leaking making a mess on the conveyer belt, covering the other goods in milk. Staff were friendly though and parking good.
